Longtime Texas resident Jerald Turboff serves as the president of Prime Capital Corporation, a real estate firm based in Houston. He has led the company since 1989 and is actively involved in its day-to-day operations and oversees a wide range of services in both commercial and residential sectors. Under Jerald Turboff's leadership, Prime Capital provides consulting, equity investment, development assistance, warehousing, and asset management.

Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Turboff attended the University of Houston. Holding a Texas broker’s license, he negotiates deals and manages client relationships. While the company primarily operates in Texas, it has been involved in occasional transactions outside the state.

Away from business matters, Jerald Turboff enjoys traveling with his wife. Together, they have visited Mexico and Canada as well as locations across the US, Including New York, Florida, and California. He is the father of two adult children and appreciates spending time with his family.
